Situation Update March 2020 – Covid 19

To all of our valued Partners,

We wanted our dearest partners to know what is going on at OffersHub at this unprecedented time in our history and how we are handling our operations when it comes to you and our employees here.

But first, all of us at OffersHub want to make sure you and your loved ones are keeping well both mentally and physically. Our thoughts go out to everyone affected by the current situation. We are aware of the impact that COVID-19 has brought and we do know that our partners live all over the globe and want to let you know that we’re thinking about you and most importantly will continue to have our businesses operations up and running to serve you better because we want you to know that OffersHub is here for you.

We want you to know how and what measures we are taking to take care of our employees, who serve you every day. Supporting our OffersHub employees during this crisis period is critical to providing you with the services you need and expect. We have taken action as COVID-19 has spread to protect the physical well-being and financial security of our employees, so that they are in a position to care for their health while also supporting our valuable partners.

We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and are working to ensure we meet the needs of our customers as well as provide for the health and safety of our employees. We realize this health situation has already been disruptive to many businesses across the globe and wanted to share facts about what we’re doing to support both our clients and employees.

To ensure our clients’ businesses are supported and responded to their tickets, we have taken specific steps as part of our business continuity plan. These steps include:

  • Moving employees to work from home in a thoughtful, choreographed manner. This ensures your businesses continue to receive excellent stability and support.
  • Working closely with our partners to make sure we have additional equipment and supplies to take care of employees, and by extension, our clients.

As mentioned earlier OffersHub is business as usual and our support + technical teams are available as well! We might see an impact on wait times for our Skype or email service. During this time, you can find immediate answers to your questions on the OffersHub Knowledge-base. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this together. The commitments we have made to support and care for our employees will ensure that we are ready and equipped to also support our clients during these uncertain times.
